Other parcels of land, formerly part of Charlton Park were sold by Charlton Park Convent (1935-1987). These include land upon which Sacred Hearts Roman Catholic Church was built in 1956, and more recently, several other residential roads - Chancel Park, Chancel Way, St Jude's Walk, Marlborough Close, Randolph Close and St Edward's Walk (agreement 1980, adopted 1990). Guardian Court and Moorend Glade; (agreement 1986, adopted 1989) and St Michael's Close, off Moorend Road - not adopted at the time of writing.
