Title: A History of Charlton Park

At the time of writing (2008) one or two of the higher spec' houses in Charlton Park were apparently 'worth' almost as much as the 29 acres the 261 houses were originally built upon! Arising from what is currently referred to as the 'credit crunch' this crazy trend is now in reverse and hopefully a little future stability in faltering World money markets will stabilize the vicissitudes of the domestic property market, facilitating future movements to and from Charlton Park during the first quarter of the 21st century.
