St Edward's Lawn 2008Charlton Park's 'Old Park' is now lost from view by tree growth along the Lilley Brook boundary, west of St Edwards School.
The lake has also gone and the Lilley Brook passes by virtually unseen, joining the River Chelt near Cox's Meadow.

The Lilley Brook 2008From time immemorial it watered people and livestock in old Charlton Park
