Neighbourhood Watch
The Charlton Park Residents Association incorporates a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme. Our community works together and with the local police to create awareness about crime and how combat it.
Communciation
Luckily, Charlton Park has one of the lowest reported crime rates in the County. This does not mean that we should be complacent. It is important that we communicate with each other about suspicious incidents and crimes committed in our area.
If you see something suspicious or experience crime please share it with a committee member, or the NHW coordinator, Cliff Carter on 0773 9899341. If the matter is serious always call the police first.
Awareness
It is important that people, and particularly criminals, are aware that Charlton Park is covered by a neighbourhood watch scheme. To this end you will see there are numerous NHW signs around the estate. Window stickers are also available for residents to place in windows that face the road.
WhatsApp Group
If you would like to be a little more involved with NHW there is a WhatsApp group for the estate. This is a fast and easy way to pass information to one another.

Stickers
We have a selection of sticker available to help publicise our NHW scheme. There are window stickers to be placed on windows or glass doors that face the road. These are free.
We have house number stickers with Charlton Park Neighbourhood Watch printed around the outside. There are three stickers on a sheet. The larger one suitable for a wheelie bin and the smaller ones can used on recycling boxes. Priced at £1.00 per sheet to cover the cost of printing
For those who have already numbered the bins and boxes there are meerkat stickers that are eye catching and can be used on bins and boxes. Cost £1.00 per sheet
